which time? if your crews are anything like ours - first they will dig it up and put in the new stuff, the either the water department will realize that they need to replace some pipes - so it will be dug up again; once that is done it will be repaved; then the gas company will speak up and say they need to replace some section of pipe as well and the process begins anew; so if you are lucky - three to five years...
