Description
But all have been my beautiful, wonderful girls.
In the front:- Hannah, Della, Penny.
Above:- Jassey & Helen.
Della was mother to Hannah & Jasssey. I took Jassey back from the owner as she wasn't keeping her very well. She went to live with my best friend.
Penny was my little mongrel, she was a darling & boss of them all. When I gave them all a marrowbone & when Penny was fed up with the one she had, she would run to the backgate, start barking, the others would leave their bones to go see what was the matter, then Penny would run to their bones & choose one or two she liked & carry on chewing. The others looked as if to say "What was that all about?"
Helen was very gentle & kind. I was lucky to have lived with 3 beautiful GSD's but Hester & Helen died young & to this day I have never lived with one. I feel I am very unlucky for them.

Fabulous image Barbara, We to had a german shepherd that died young, he was so gentle and loving and was a great protecter of my two girls when they were toddlers, never could get another one after that either..

Sonds like Penny was a really clever girl!! Amazing how they think these things up :) You don't see so many 'mongrels' around these days do you? It's more the designer crossbreeds now. Wonder which moneymaking person thought that one up?
