Nice start. (I take it that this is a preliminary design. ) That being said, the angle deck should not be ended at that angle, rather the outboard side should be extended. The angle need not be as extreme, the catapult does not need to be that long, which would make it easier. The elevator in the middle should be moved to the side of the flight deck, too. This is for two reasons: one, it frees up hangar deck space, two, it allows larger planes with tricycle landing gear to be handled as their tails can stick out over the water. Usually, the side mounted elevators are placed on opposite sides of the ship (not directly opposite), so it is harder to knock both out at the same time. I don't see adequate flight control radar. The U.S. navy uses large flat panels mounted on the tower. The radar scans electronically so the antennae do not move. This is a big plus because the salt air is real tough on the motors and linkage on moving antennae. The perspective makes it hard to say much about the underwater part of the ship, but it looks to be too small for the ship to be stable enough to conduct flight operations in any kind of rough sea state. The draft should be about twice that shown. Finally, if this is to be a large ship, it should have at least three elevators and be nuclear powered.
