Description

"The River Of Snow" *When I was growing up, the family that had me used to go on annual vacations to various parts of the country. We did all sorts of things, from going motorcycle riding in the desert to going fishing in the mountains and all kinds of other things too. This image reminded me of where I caught my biggest rainbow trout at a place called Lundy Lake California in the northern part of the state...I think I was either just about fourteen or fifteen years old, The fish I caught was eighteen and a half inches long and weighed two and a half pounds and was the most beautiful thing I had ever hooked onto my fishing line! So I just did this image to remind of the bright sunny and very cold day at that lake where I was to catch a fish that nobody in that family could surpass in any fishing trip that came after that! Weeeehoooo!! Very cool image, I like the smoothness of it, like glassy ice.

Hey thanks Wolf! Yeah I tried to make it as if the sun was heating the ice n snow, making steam and shiny ice.

Hi Corrie, Again I thank you for your comment! Yeah, had to add the lens flare because of the low angle...that's where it is strongest! Thanks again Corrie! JM
