PLEASE ZOOM IN FOR A BETTER VIEW.
With this image that i made in poser9 and in adobe photoshop cs6. I wanted to let some people know, that i can create a scene with out other peoples created models. I am sorry if some people don't like my mixed medium artwork because i used like they say creations of other peoples work like photo's and stuff. And it's also not that easy as it looks like.....it's still a lot of work create a image with other people theire models and stuff. I want to make a statement I love doing mixed medium artwork because i love to work with other peoples models and suff. I find that images can be beautiful if you do them with your whole heart. I love also work with poser but my heart is with the mixed medium artwork. By the way, if you make a scene in poser you also used models and clothes that is created by other people so for me it is exactly the same. I hope you all understand what i mean with this writing.

Excellent fantasy image and quite scary too. You use whatever media and medium you want. Art does not require specific rules. There are still traditional artists (drawing and painting) that know little to nothing about digital art and think that using Poser, Vue, Models and photomanipulation is cheating or "lazy". Art is art and comes from the creator, everything else is a tool or work of art that forms a collaboration of your final vision. You will never be able to appease everyone, so do not apologize for what you do. An explanation of your work flow is more than enough to justify what your work and creativity.

my goodness. so defensive when only a question was asked. you see, several years ago, someone else composited images using other's art and they were asked to remove their gallery. perhaps the rules have changed. i don't know. i couldn't care less what you or any other person uploads to the galleries. after all, most of the stuff that gets uploaded here represents one's hobby, etc.

So this must be people that also think that if a singer sings a song written by another artist they are not performing their art! How very silly of them! Of course your mixed medium work is an art form that you are a master of! These people are to be pitied , taken by the hand and gently educated that life itself is an art, and you Adrie, appear to perform it so very well!! This image is amazing, very well done!

Who can claim the copyrights and originality for the light, the sounds, the smells, the odours, the colours or the forms of life... Only your interpretation of an tiny cut-out of the 'mixed media world' is 'self-cration'... So, adrie 'mix' up the 'media world'...

Fantastic work! I know the mixed medium work you do is not easy. I can barely open Photoshop much less use it properly. Art comes in all shapes, sizes and mediums. Use what you enjoy and if they don't like it, they can look elsewhere.

Fabulous image. I have no problem with photo montages. Art is about the decisions made by the artist, not the individual elements. And your montages are always beautifully (and lovingly) put together.
