Description
I don't know if there's a name for this mountain, but it's one of the many granite faces in Yosemite. There was just something about it that I liked very much.

I also love Yosemite. This is a splendid photo. I only know the names of a few places like Half Dome and El Capitan. This could even be the backside of El Capitan, but a POV I have not seen before.

A grand capture, esp made beautiful by all that yellow cloud cover---like smoke from the gods of valhalla. And you caught the clouds wafting across the rocks themselves---a beautiful moment of capture. And the lower part is darker than the upper part; and there's a big patch of beautiful blue up there, too. Beautiful seeing and clarifying, Marilyn. Another grand capture from your beloved Yosemite.
