Description

Seeing Martin's post of the babylon by bus, I was inspired to dig thiis one out of the cupboard. This was handed down to me by family a while back as an addition to my collection. This is a Dinky Toys No.29b, Streamline Bus, Fitted with rubber tyres, Price 6d. each. (1936 advert) Thanks for the nudge, Martin! Clive

Cool bus. $6 dollars in 1936 would be equivalent of $98 in todays dollars.

The 6d here is Sixpence, about 0.025 British Pounds. This equates to 4 US Cents.
