Really nice. I have one suggestion to make it perfect. Straighten her elbow just a few degrees to open an angle with the bicep and then just have the tips of her fingers resting on her shoulder. That way it will look much more natural and try it yourself their isn't enough motion in the human elbow to allow your palm to rest on your shoulder.
