Description

Went to the south beach today and saw how the hurricane from this winter had washed so many stones up on the land above the original stone level. I think it passed the normal border between stones and grass by atleast 5-6 meters. It almost reached the walking path. Have a beautiful weekend. As you see on the photo, we have had a wonderful and also warmer weather today. It was so lovely and really spring weather. Saw some people sitting outside licking sun :-) Ok, they were wearing blankets :) Thank you for viewing and commenting

My word. That's a testament to the power of wind and water! What a lot of stones, and they'll be there as a reminder for a very long time. It does make for a terrific picture, though! I like the way you've divided the compositional space. Nice!

This is such an interesting photo, dear friend. I love looking for special stones, but they are too heavy, to take all I like with me home, a pity. The depth on this capture is great, and I too love the blue colours of sky and water, Helle. BTW: I had such a great giggle about these words from you, dear one : HAHAHAHA!!! I think he already did work out one of the problems. Now he needs mom or dad to fix the side effect :-). That was your comment on that little boy busy with an 'accident'. LOL!
