Description
Originally I was going to enter this in a March depth of field contest over at DAZ Studio but the contest is for beginners. And, although I consider myself very much an amateur (I seem to learn something new every time I try a new scene), I've been messing about with the software for a while now and don't think I can technically call myself a beginner. So I'm posting it here instead. Much better in zoom mode I think. Thanks for viewing!
edit: actually the zoom mode is a little overwhelming. Very large image that way.

Great scene.
CATMANDO
Great POV....she is definitely behind the 8 ball................
Tisket
She'd probably have to apply a little english to sink it but I had to skew the angle so the cue ball showed up.

Nice concept and POV ! As I seem to learn too, could you please let me know about these two points : - IMO (in zoom mode) there's something wrong with the shadow(s) regarding the number of lights we can note in the reflection. I - Always in zoom mode as I don't know if the "Weight Map" option exists using DAZ and as your Eight Ball is the main character, maybe it would be good to apply on it to give the ball a more circular shape that doesn't looks good on the "jagged" shadow ? (If the scene mb size is not already too big to render)
Tisket
I'd have to load the scene and check for sure but I think I only had shadows turned on for one or two lights. I could have spent more time getting a more realistic shadow but I got tired of futzing with it so did the postwork and uploaded it. You make good points though.
