Description

Vue8Frontier/Wings3D/Photoshop I modelled a new cargo ship in Wings3D this afternoon,so I decided to give it a paintjob in Vue,and take it and a couple of other cargo ships for a test flight.Everything was going as planned when all of a sudden a group of enemy fighters swarmed from overhead and cut them down one by one...I guess I need to model some armaments for the ships,or at least an armed escort!. All ships created in Wings3D,ringed planet created in Vue,atmo is a custom creation. Fireball and smoke were originally metaclouds with respective materials applied,the additional detailing was done in Photoshop,as were the laserfire and signature.Thanks for viewing and any comments!

I like the vintage sci-fi feel of the image as well. Nice work on the cargo ships, too bad they didn't have an escort... I hope the pirates don't take them all out.
