Description
This gal serves the purpose of being the official face of the people of the planet Rane where the Galactic Police organization is headquartered, although she is a mutant of a different skin color rather than a true representative of the regular humans that make up the primary race of the planet. She is also the officer in charge of the academy that the organization has set up on the surface of the planet apart from the orbital satellite that the Enforcers occupy.
