Description

It is better to pit a counter idea of yours against an idea you disagree with than physically attach those with the idea. Often, it isn't the individual who is your enemy, but the idea. Then again, every idea has some value. Instead of desiring to commit an idea version of genocide, consider if the idea could be of value sometime in the future. Sometimes, all you can really say is that a particular idea has too much sway, and decrease the influence of the idea.

Excellent. Fortunately, I have always been blessed with being able to appreciate a contrary idea or opinion without the stress of cognitive dissonance. But it can make for interesting meditative analysis sessions. :-D

I have the same problem especially writing my books, one thought is always fighting with another, hence i am so far behind.
