What's up folks? Came up with this - I know the scene is a bit "used idea" but wanted to test my glass skills. Lightning by fake hdri......Say what you think?

That table material is fantastic. Great work. What refraction indexes are you using? There's something with the glass... I don't know what. Anyway, great:)

That wood material is absolutely fantastic! Did you used diplacement mapping or a bumpmap? It looks fantastic!! About the glass....I dunno it looks pretty realstic but not like real. I read something about transparency values above 120% in Lightwave to create realistic glass. I don't know if it will work with Cinema 4d but I thought it might help...

Thanx for the feedback - the table material is an image in color channel, same image desaturated in PS for the bumpmap and SLA Fresnel in the reflection channel...

The lighting and background are great, plus an unusual camera angle... You just need to pay more attention to the shape and scale of objects. The cup doesn't convince. The wine glass apart from being too large in comparison with the cup is not the right shape. Nice image though, for all that!
