Lately it seems you've been exploring more 'muted' fractals---you do lots of vivid and bright fractals, but you've done some that have had more muted hues, more "intimate" hues maybe. This one feels like it's meant for someone very personal. It's delicate, the hues are varied but subtle, and that big black opening is like an invitation to a private chamber. I really like the forms around the center, they're very life-like, like eyes and seeds and big pieces of plastic, and even little animals rolled up in sleep. Another lovely fractal from you, and it feels like a curtain to a quiet chamber inside it. And those reds and blues on the edges make wonderful contrasts to the darker hues in the center...Lovely work, Alida.
