What a difference between this fractal and the 2 fractals before this: While the other two had abysses and quiet mysteries, this one is crystal and vivid, and it shimmers. It's like ultra fine silk, woven into intersecting patterns. I love the big shining "bulges" you have---in golds and greens and blues, etc. (They appear in pairs throughout the work.) And the speckled shining reds and purples and blues. Beautiful work, Alida, and you chose stark black as your background, and it's perfect for the shining forms you placed in front of it. I also like the curving lines in it too (those lines that zig-zag into smaller and smaller circles...) Beautiful.
