Description

DISTRUCTA Just back from a MADHOUSE mission … our team of photographers and electronic painters who work on creating backgrounds for doarte’s tomorrow projects. To say the least … IT WAS A HAIR-RAISING EXPERIENCE: The Black Sea, Scythia the domain of AMAZONS (which some experts suggest now includes the crisis in Crimea). We’re sure most of you are familiar with the AMAZONS … fierce females who captured attention of Greek playwrights and Roman poets. But there’s one detail that may have eluded you. Our mode and her sword suggest it. To improve the accuracy of their bows and arrows … AMAZONS either burned off or cut off a breast! There’s also an element in this scene that escaped network news. The explosion behind our model. It’s all part of the crisis in Crimea … another reminder that humanity hasn’t improved much from the days AMAZONS waged wars. A smiling sidebar … our MADHOUSE team is back home … happily without either loosing ther hearts or their chests. After looking at the image, then reading your notes, I rushed back to look at the image again was greatly relieved to see that Distructa is intact .. still has all her "boobage" as jif3d so delightfully said it!! I image if she had taken up bow and arrow .. well .. this one is after all only a model illustrating the days of old, so perhaps she would not have annihilated one her attributes. One hopes anyway. The situation in the Crimea is a sad one. Humanity once again has proven itself to be in a sad state. It's appalling what is done in the name of power and greed all over the world ... You've created an awesome image .. and made a strong statement at the same time. Truly a work of art.

Seriously? They did that? Ouch!!! Now that's dedication to the art of war. Anyway, love the scene. I think I recognize a few photoshop brushes, not sure, but you have assembled an amazing scene. You have a great eye for assembling a complicated scene, just amazing work.
