Description

Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts. I am going to try to do my usual business on line again. I don't think I'll be a barrel of laughs, right now (If I ever was ), but I want to go back to my routine. I finally had a good cry, last Saturday. That helped a bit. I am still shaky, but I did what I had to do. I went out, every day and I stayed away from booz and cigarettes. And I did want them! So now I am trying to slowly get back to my old self. Corrie

Good to see you back... and what a lovely piece of work this is.. so calming... peaceful, I see the lone person there, that represents us all at some stages of our lives... I guess that feels like you at this time?... but you are amongst friends and we share our pain here and understand how you feel, it's never easy... but remember she is back with you now in peace and without any pain... every living thing experiences this as we all do in time, there is never a right time and it can often be unexpected and sometimes it's hard to get a satisfactory answer to such a question as Why?... loss in death can be as confusing as Life... sometimes more so... we can only make it easier for them and afterwards for ourselves and those around us who feel the pain too. Bless you..

Glad to see you back Corrie, Everyone has to deal with the loss of a friend and constant companion in their own way and I hesitate to offer any advice but I've lost several four legged furry faced friends in my life and swore never again. That hole in your heart weighs on you though and there's millions of critters out there need you as badly as you need them, believe me, the first time one makes you laugh you're going to go comon ya little shit, lets go home...it's happened to me 4 times.....so far....my current Best Bud ZoSo claimed me about 4 years ago, you never forget those that came before but just like them he's a part of my life I don't want to live with now. Peace

I'm so sorry what happened, Corrie . Hopefully it has a bit relieved, to let your tears go, over the loss. Very brave of you, not to take the cigarettes and also very brave to do an upload again I wish you much strength, and it's like Mike said, the good memories will always remain alive. Incidentally, this is a very appropriate picture. For me it is someone who is there to process his grief. Lovingly wished, you're a winner, my friend!
