A friend of mine did the inking based on a sketch by me. And later I did the colours. The idea for this drawing was a purely utilitarian outfit. Normally I draw Ariel with a something more stylish, but for this one I wanted to see how she would dress if she went on an adventure that doesn't now allow such luxuries. Also usually she carries her potions, magic scrolls and magic wands inside a magic bag. It's convenient because they reduce the encumbrance but on the other hand it takes time pulling all that out. So again, here is what will happen when she can't do that, she must be able to throw everything that comes to her fast. To go with all that I went with earthly colours. Not very flashy, specially for digital art but that is how it is. And that is that. Do let me know what you think :D
