Description

The very first photo I took on my holiday in Northumbria last year. Well worth the 225 mile drive and 4am get-up! Embleton beach looking towards Dunstanburgh Castle. Thanks for looking.... ~Steve~

Beautiful! I've found myself being attracted to those spaces that are neither precisely land nor water, and this is a great example of that sort of landscape. I love the reflections, the light, and the punctuation marks of birds and castle.

Now how could you possibly give up taking shots like this?? I don't know about you but bagging these kinda shots are what keeps me alive and kicking. Look at that sky structure and how it marries into the sand. The lovely contrast of the warm sun and the cold sky ... excellent.
