Nice pose for a portrait, but the extreme white in her right eye and the grey borders in the hair make it less attractive. You should play some more with the lighting and the background to improve the image. I know it's not easy to do. It takes many hours to get it right. Please keep on posting and create your artwork whatever they say about it.
