Description


Stalactite ice crystals forming on the edge of an ice shelf on the Cline River, Front Ranges of Alberta Rocky Mountains. This gives a full view of the close up of the ice crystals in my last shot. Hopefully it gives a better context about their formative environment. Probably should have put this one up first. Best viewed full size.

Wonderful pic, but the very bright background could use some work in curves or levels - detracts from the fab foreground. I'd LOVE to tinker with this - if you'd let me, of course!
