Description
I am still making and baking bread. :)
Four small loaves this time.
Ingredients:
Organic wheat flour, water, yeast, oat meal (that i made from oats with the coffee grinder), egg yellow (for the coating).

Wow Jean-Luc, I almost missed the first two uploads. You certainly have been busy, and the bread looks to be perfectly cooked. Being a novice in the kitchen myself, hopefully you can excuse my ignorance in asking this question. I was curious about why the pan has so many holes, it is to keep the heat from building up only on the bottom and burning them?

This pan is not what i cooked it in (blue silicon molds don't look good in a photo). :)
