Description

"Squirrel with Kit" I was surprised to see this [pesky] squirrel going through my Garden Railway carrying her Kit [baby, kitten, pup]. You are looking at the hip and back legs of the kit. Its tail is tucked under the mother's chin and the tip can be seen on the other side of her. Thanks for viewing my gallery and your comments.

Well that's something! In all my years of living in the woods and seeing thousands of squirrels, I've never seen that! Great capture.

The "G-scale " Garden Railway gage is 45mm. This is about 50% larger than three rail O-gage. My scale is 1/29th. O-gage is 1/47, HO [half O] is 1/87th.
