Description
due to orbit, planet rotation, and atmospheric conditions (cloud cover) this twilight world never see's full daylight or full night but twice a year.
Summer solstice is a full clear sunny day.
Winter solstice is two days of full clear night.
12 moons, and the exceptionally brite stars, known as the royal stars light the skys, of these other worldly lands.

I changed the pose of the rider, more hunched, with the shoulders more twisted, also a more expressive face.
and used some different filters to get a painted look.
like'n this one better than "attack of the filters.

that bend, twist, of the rider left a horrid crease between ab1 and ab2. but beating it to death with the Wacom was fun.
