Description
Have the basics modeled and rigged. Main issue right now is that the toe of the boot does not follow the toe of M4. Everything else follows conformed with no issue.
I used a blank cr2 of M4, deleted the bones above the hip, all of the bone and boot names match to M4's structure. The joints and zones have been worked on and memorized, so the bending, twisting, and rotating work...but no following of the blasted boot toe to M4's.
Argh.
Gonna take a break from that and start textures after this weekend. For now, it's time to finish my Tower. Anyone with tips on how to fix this, be my guest on sharing--the tuts I have and searches through numerous forums have not yielded me the tips on how to fix it.
*Edit- thanks to DarkEdge, the issue is fixed! Had to combine the toe and foot groups into one (Foot) and keep the bones as they were and they work! Now........tweaking and texturing. ;)

That foot-toe solution is very interesting, and yes, DarkEdge would know his stuff, alright! I should save that somewhere. :) You've done very well for your first time out, and shoes and boots aren't easy to model because of the way the default foot is sort of pointed through the floor on M4 and V4. Yes, the Fugazi tutorials are Da Bomb. Hurray for you! :D
