Gabija; a Lithuanian fire goddess...
Said to be able to appear as a stork, a cat, a rooster or a lady dressed in red. People put a bowl of water out for her to freshen up so that she would not be angered and go "for a walk" through the house, setting it on fire.
She was a protector, a goddess of fire and women. Keeper of the flame and the hearth...
Best seen at full size since red hates being contained and forced into smaller file sizes...
