Last of the driftwood shots - my wife Arlene (on the right) & two friends admiring the large piece of driftwood wedged into a rock on Bandon beach. This scene reminded me a little of the old tale about the blind men touching various parts of an elephant & trying to guess what it was...

What a great play with textures. There is such an abundance of small sets of scratchy lines in this work. A fine bit of lead in with the uniform bit of beach pointing to the group.
