Description

Ultra Fractal 5.04 (481 layers). My ridiculous sense of humour again - sorry! Last evening I decided to prepare a mosaic, hence the large number of layers. The first column of 25 similar layers became Group one. I then copied the group 18 times (19 x 25 = 475 layers). You'll guess the computer gradually became more and more sluggish for UF tends to rework the lot whenever you make a change to any of the layers. My first thought was to use this "master" to create a "Roman mosaic" but I quicky realised they shaped each mosaic to fit the needs of the picture so regularity was not their forte. Thus I left my workings overnight without an alternative plan in mind. I still haven't. This is tonight's temporary solution, but the layers are so difficult to size and position that I may leave it at that. That green area at the foot was constructed by copying the yellow layer, and then trying to resize and reposition. It took ages, and I fell back on Painter X3 to apply the gradient to the green. Tribulations! Cliff.
