and the last photo taken on the way home.. also un-touched... this is the colour of my world at the moment... red.. and it gets everywhere.. can't wear white up here. LOL

Looks very much like southern Colorado or northern Arizona. I am guessing this is very old bedrock given the red color of the soil.... old tropical soils look like that. Again there is a lovely contrast of soft colors.

I love those thick, stormy looking clouds. The colour and the desert sand is amazing.
