Description

When I was busy in the garden I saw a crane fly came along. I followed him with my eyes, and I could take several pictures of it. p.s. Hey Grandma, what do you have long legs, and what a fat body, hahaha. It really was a fly which was fattened up, or being stretched. We are glad their was rain this night, everything was such very dry in our garden. Thank you very much, dear friends. (not for the rain, but for your visit :)) I'm still chaotic, and now I've bought a new flexible hula hoop, which is so very good. Very heavy, but it really gives me a good kick. Karel made a little film of it, maybe I can post a link to it here, if I post another picture. I will try, if you want.

Excellent capture Mies, I have come across these myself, there is a shot of one in my gallery somewhere but under different conditions without colour as the backdrop but on white wall. I do like this shot... well done.

I didn't know it is a fly. If I had found in my yard, I would have thought it was a mosquito, and would now be resting in peace. Mosquitoes are very dangerous at this time and place. Transmit a very serious disease called "Dengue"
