Michel, this is a very cool presentation you came up with for today. I do know just how much you love Egypt, and like yourself am also fascinated with their culture. Marvelous work on coming up with the concept of looking through the eye into the past, as well as the amazing special effects surrounding it.

Impressionante obra Mickey Segundo uma lenda, o olho esquerdo de Hórus simbolizava a Lua e o direito, o Sol. Durante uma luta, o deus Seth arrancou o olho esquerdo de Hórus, o qual foi substituído por este amuleto, que não lhe dava visão total, colocando então também uma serpente sobre sua cabeça. Depois da sua recuperação, Horus pôde organizar novos combates que o levaram à vitória decisiva sobre Seth. Era a união do olho humano com a vista do falcão, animal associado ao deus Hórus. Era usado, em vida, para afugentar o mau-olhado e, após a morte, contra o infortúnio do Além. Eye of Horus Amuleto com o olho de Hórus, no Museu do Louvre, França. O olho esquerdo representa a informação abstrata, é representado pela lua, e simboliza um lado feminino, com pensamentos e sentimentos, intuição, e a capacidade de enxergar um lado espiritual. O olho direito de Hórus representa a informação concreta, que é controlada pelo lado esquerdo do cérebro. Esse lado é responsável pelo entendimento de letras, palavras e números, e é mais voltado ao universo de um modo masculino. Os egípcios também utilizavam o olho de Hórus, em fragmentos, como parte de seu sistema numérico. As partes do olho representavam frações. Cada parte com seu valor. O uso do Olho de Hórus Hoje em dia, o Olho de Hórus adquiriu também outro significado e é usado para evitar o mal e espantar inveja (mau-olhado), mas continua com a ideia de trazer proteção, vigor e saúde. O Olho de Hórus, contudo, ainda é comumente confundido com o Olho da Providência (conhecido como O Olho que Tudo Vê).++++++++++++++++++5
