Very nicely done! The character, coloring, and background are really cool!

Nice - she even has the arrow on the correct side of the bow. Her grip looks like it is on the arrow's flights instead of the bowstring, though, and an archer wears the wrist guard on the arm that is holding the bow (to protect from being slapped by the bowstring upon release).
