Description
He was just walking down the platform of the railway station. It was evening and he was on his way home from the office. He was glad he could leave the smelly hot metro full with sweaty people. Like a river the streams of humans flow down the platform. Some to leave the station, some to hopefully catch the next train in time. Then suddenly he saw the wildly waving long red hair in the stream of people. Her attention was just on her smartphone. But as if she felt his eyes on her, she quickly raised her view from the phone and for a brief moment she looked directly in his eyes. The wind of an incomming train blew a scent of her perfume in his direction. He was like bewitched and he stood there like paralized and before he could catch a clear thought she disappeared in the metro and the doors closed behind her. What a fool he was, he thought, he could have said something to her or follow her back into the train, but now the train was moving away and he will never know who that Beauty was...
A story that maybe happens all the time again and again. Sometimes I really wish these darn Smartphones never where invented. They take so much attention of everybody and you can be lucky if such a Beauty ever raises her view to possibly look into your eyes... :-D
The character is the all new and super beautiful Garnet-Character from Mhirelle and she is yet another masterpiece like so many before. Go on with your excellent work, Mhirelle!! The hair is a little special. It is the same as on the Promo picture of Garnet and is actually two Hairs layered ("End of summer hair" and "Udane hair" - both available at DAZ3D) - Thank you for this great Tip, Mhirelle!!
The Trainstation is the Neo Station and as well available at DAZ3D
The whole scene was rendered in LuxRender with the Reality2 Plugin for DazStudio3 (yeah, I know, but somehow I still like the GUI of DAZStudio3 better than the one of DAZStudio4.6 and I didn't realy catch fire with the whole Genesis-hype yet and characters like Garnet just proove, that V4 is still a live and very vital. Further more a lot of cool tools who work very well with the Poser typical CR2 and OBJ kombination don't work anymore with the binary DUF files from DAZStudio4.6). But I definitely need a better Graphicsboard, since my Nvidia GeFORCE GT 545 does not really work well with the OPEN-CL (which Lux is based on) and therefore all rendering is done without the help of the CUDA-Cores on the graphic board. So every Render is rendered by the CPU only and (especially when sunlight is involved) waaaaaaaay to slugish. For Outdoor scenes I'm back where I was with my first Bryce experiences, where I rendered overnight just to find out in the morning, that I need to tweak this or that a little more :-/
Thanks for dropping in and as usual: every comment is highly welcome

Great image and story. Social interaction now is done by SP and iPads, etc Face to face is so much better

Nice action scene full of people. The render we differ about. To me it is a bit noisy.

Jep! You are completely right. This is the drawback, if you use LuxRender with sunlight and don't have the opportunity to have the support of a strong graphics card. The render slows down in a manner that it almost hurts ;-) . So I just got a plain 100 scans/pixel (for all of you who work with Lux know what I'm speaking of) where I usually prefer at least a 250 s/p hence the noise in the picture. It is something total different if you work with meshlight only. The render is a lot faster and the picture noise is eleminated quickly... But with mesh lights you just get soft shadows (unlike sunlight). So unlil I have the chance to get the sunlight rendered quicker I have to live with meshlights or with noisy pictures (sigh).

Love this, fantastic scene and story and I love the eye contact with the main character. Great work with depth of field as well !
