Description
For an exercise, I decided to copy the composition of a photograph of a fighter on a carrier deck surrounded in catapult steam. I replaced all the elements with 3D Macross stuff of my own creation. It was good practice for lighting and composition skills.

Nicely done - This scene is slowly being phased out. The new carriers now being built for the U.S. Navy have electromagnetic catapults.
