What a nice structure. Not sure whether it is architecture or the inside of the throat of a monster!

well I'm a little past an hour now, and I have to end for now, unfortunately; and I thought I'd go back to an earlier piece---in this case a fractal. I have responses to more of your recent work, but I'll return to them next time...This has the rich, laden feel of a number of your earlier "microscopic" pieces, where lots of organic forms interlace. It also has a ceremonious feel, like the opening to a royal hall, with totems in front, and large dripping organic forms. The ground is a river of tentacled and flowing plant forms; and there's that faced creature in the center---right above the ground---and a big gaping opening above that, with more dripping openings and growth laden caverns, etc. It looks like a big layered entryway or grand facade, with the feeling that something major is behind it. And the ribs and sinews make it feel like a gigantic organic creature. Your scope is quite large, Mandi; the number of visions you've given us here is tremendous. And this is just one room in the mansion of your work. Quite looming and impressive. A pleasure to be here as always, if I didn't write so long I could leave a lot more comments; but please know I see everything. I just write too much to leave lots of comments in a session. It's all wonderful work and always has been. A genuine feast...
