My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Great capture - thanks for the tip

Glad you captured some of these neat details on The Strand. As I recall I was not in the picture taking mode that day. Your system really works if a person can first remember the names of the three types...:-)

Great archetecure.

Clever system. Hard for me to even imagine the kind of skill it would take to create something as intricate as this one...

Great capture and of course superb work of sculptor! Bravo Tara!

Just be glad you don't have to dust it.

Great memory device and wonderful detail in the image, but I was hoping for something in rich leather. I'll wish you a happy birthday now because I'll probably forget on the 11th. Are we 21 again? Try the mangos in some lassi. Easy to make and very tasty. Like a yogurt shake.

Thanks for that Tara. All these columns and their names mean something in Freemasonry.

I used to remember by the forms, usually Simplicity V's Complexity. Also the Corinthian has the Acanthus leaves. Excellent capture Tara.

With a few lines, good composition.

Simple method I've never heard of; wonder if my old brain will remember it? And what a beautifully captured selection you have given us, with perfect lighting and detail! Could be the illustration in a textbook! Stunning compo!

Well, it seems I've learned something new today! And that's in addition to seeing this great shot, Tara! That is an amazing bit of work at the top of that column.
