This one had potential.... But once again it lacks that "magic" that a real artist would have been able to throw in.
Any suggestions for improvement would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Marvelous scene and fantastic composition,.. Awesome image !!!

This is a very fine render, the water looks great .... but I agree it misses magic ... 3d is not 2D and it will never be as good are the models .... I will have add more mystere, some effects, don't really know how ... regarding the girl in the first plane, I will have added more colors to her outfit, some tattoos too, a sparkle effect on the arc and some sexy strand of hair escaping from the hood or also showing around her head , a more sexy expression too with lips part ... hope it will help :-)

A great start for what you are trying to create. I think on top of what legolie suggest, I think the blur on the second girl is too much. Also maybe the backgrounds needs to be a bit more in focus. The water and reflection looks good ! Looking forward to see how you re-render this scene.

Very very fine creation !!

I like this creation. Just one thing for me, the character in the background is too cool. Her pose is too relax. She seems not to be concerned.

Excellent!

But who is a real artist ? Very few... If I created this render I : Reduce the blur effect. the second character is to blurry for my taste. Add some wild life, there is a lot of sky where birds can fly Add some faerie. The second character is looking at something... Add a flare effect the sun is just top right, waiting for a flare addition _ Modify a little the expression

Oh hog baloney, you are a real artist. 3d is real art, but of course it doesn't look like 2d art, sculpting doesn't look like oil painting either. The scene has plenty of magic in it. Don't make excuses for your art. If you draw a wiggly circle and that's the best you can do at your skill level, then it's a perfect masterpiece. The blur is just perfect in this scene, the expression is just right, the light is perfect. Now, hang it proudly on the fridge and go make the next wiggly circle. Betcha that wiggly circle gets less wiggly each time.

You are kidding - right? It's darn near perfect. I even like the star created by the negative space between the legs of the crouching figure.

Wonderful image, I like the realistic posing, the use of DOF, and the atmo !

Nothing wrong with this whatsoever, and "real art" is not necessarily defined by how much paint, or accents, or so-called fancy touches there are. There is a real art in being able to render something with this kind of realism in it, and to render something so beautifully composed that there is not one awkward spot. This image led my eye harmoniously all the way through. I like the blur on the figure and background. That technique, and the things I've already mentioned, make this a really wonderful illustration, with that front figure as the main focus. We are then led to wonder what the story is. This is real art and you are a real artist. This is just beautiful! :)

I think this is just fine. Want magic? Buy some magic add-on packs....brushes or something. I wouldn't add anything. Looks like a fine render. Do I need to re-direct you to my rant about how I am an artist and thus so are you :)
