My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I think you missed your calling, Tara. You could have been a designer. This would look so cool riding down the highway.

I am not a big fan of the inversion really Tara, but in this case, it looks pretty good. BTW you can get there a lot quicker with CTRL I PC CMD I Mac

Again... to get things like this takes a special eye. Many photographers would walk right by this or be inclined to capture "the whole" scene.

What a wonderful compo; and I never would have guessed it was inverted, what a great result! Playing is so much fun sometimes!

Well, this is most delightful, Tara, and a wonderful birthday present to yourself! This does have wonderful lines, and the inversion really worked well on this! Glad you had a great day on your special day! Of course, the 30s were a little before my time, and being such a young lady, I know they were before yours! :-D But now you've made me curious - so I'll have to Google Cunard posters and see what I come up with! Now, if you'd have said 'Mucha...' LOL

ACH!! Of course...... Cunard Lines.... Well, duh........ It's been a long day, and my mind is melting.... :-P

That is a fun effect. I've tried it but never found something that worked as well as this does!

Superb capture Tara. God bless.

Oh, I am also familiar with those Cunard posters - so delish ... and definitely a fan of Art Deco, what more could a girl wish for ? and you did a sterling job with that inversion technique, it's a classic now! ;)) BB
