This is a bit of an update. From humble beginnings my photography is steadily improving.I started out with a Kodak point and shoot camera and progressed to a Sony A-200 Digital SLR camera.Other equipment that i currently have is the following: Tamron 70-300mm lens. Dad flew the P-51D and E model before going to the F-86. He had stories to tell. One of the things he liked to do was get up around 30,000 feet in the P-51, reduce throttle slightly with the gear and flaps lowered, then go to 105 percent war emergency power on the Merlin. I remember as a child asking him what that did. He said the aircraft would swap ends and go ass over tea kettle until it got below 10,000 feet. He was 22 years old at the time. Apparently that was how kids got their kicks back then.
