Description

The infamous Creek Street, or Red Light District, in Ketchikan, Alaska. (historically speaking... it closed in 1954, after a half century in business). As you can see, it was an overcast day. It had just finished raining. Which you should expect when in Ketchikan, as it averages 153 inches of rain each year. I am home again :) I will be sorting my photos from my trip, nothing spectacular, but I had fun. See you later and have a great night/day, Hugs, ~Melinda~

Real nice moderate contrast capture, Melinda. You mean they had to travel from business to business by boat, such as kayak, canoe, rowboat, skiff, etc.?

I really can't believe that this area is still standing. A great photo and a lot of improvements since I was there!
