I think that's the boss (a.k.a. Poser Dork) telling workman Schleppy (the guy you don't see) that he needs to hurry up changing the fuse to get things ready for day shift... Neither of them ever payed attention to the spill, which left room for hijinks aplenty. (But that's how I see it, dunno if that's the actual story.) Cool industrial environment type stuff, it sorta reminds me of where I work.
