Hi all. Thanks for visiting my page. My digital still-life paintings reflect what I respond to. There is joy in the arrangement of design elements and colors within a composition. And there is beauty of varied shape and form. Familiar, comfortable objects like fruit or books express the fragility of the moment, but also become something eternal and timeless - frozen forever in the picture. "Durability," "immortality." And symbolism. Things I respond to - all objects have significance. Personal and profound symbols. The more we look, the more we see. Most importantly we see that transient beauty can become eternal consciously and subconsciously. It is awareness of response: what do objects on a shelf become for us? Symbols, memories, expressions, feelings. Together with the highest level of my ability the still-life objects in my paintings make my work meaningful.

Absolutely superb! Your best render so far in my judgment. Everything breathes and spells realism. One question though: Since you are not using any of Daz/Poser contents, why don't you consider using far more powerful softwares like Lightwave, C4D, Maya or 3DS Max, for far better results and far wider visibility of your artisitic talents?

Great job on the floor and water glass! The trumpet strikes me as not quite right. I've never played with one but intuition makes me think it would roll counter-clockwise until the bottom-most side of the valves rested on the floor. (Google image search wasn't much help, but a couple of non-product-posed shots lead me to believe my hunch is correct.) Great mood in this one, too.
