Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

I can almost smell the gorgeousness of this shot! I love Lilacs...they're among the only flowers I can name by their correct name...and I love the way they smell. This is a really beautiful, nicely intimate shot! There are too few lilacs in Chicago, but when I see them, I make sure to try to smell them. This is perfect! Such wonderful details!

Again I'm skipping only to get a sampling, it's not because one is better than the other. (I should comment here more often, lol, I wouldn't have to face these decisions.) Zoom is essential, and in zoom the fullness of these flowers really comes forward. So much variation in hue from the edges of each flower to the centers. The whiter creamier centers compared to the more purple edges. And the unopened blooms as "accents" in the whole. Big and full and beautiful to see, and I too can almost smell the scent. Chip said there are few lilacs in chicago---he's right. But the suburbs have them, and I grew up with lilac bushes all over our yard, and it was heavenly in spring. This is a beautiful series. Let this comment stand for all of them, including the beautiful white one, which has such stunning light in it. (Maybe I'll comment on that separately!) Beautiful.
