Here sits the Dummy in his ivory throne,
never knowing his thoughts aren't his own.
And here is the Ventriloquist, partially shown.
The power behind the Dummy's dome.
But what of our dummy's benefactor?
Is he too just another pawn?
This powerful, behind the scenes actor.
Is his voice also on loan?
And here's a thought just as obnoxious:
Keep it in mind as you roam.
Perhaps the Ventriloquist is just our subconcious.
We all have lights on, but nobody's home.Â

Wonderful mood here - the sepia just makes this perfect. Really well seen and captured, my friend!

No, City Boy, this isn't a normal or a happy occasion... that's a lot of money wasted, stock not fed, bills not paid. It's a very sad scene, and your choice of sepia tone helps sell the desolation and sorrow! Good job!!

Since I travel a lot, I've seen on many occasions abandoned hay stacks. Well, basically they're not abandoned, but just left on the field... someday they'll be picked up! Excellent shot and postwork!

Beautiful shot... unfortunately it shows the waste we produce in this country daily through neglect or just being lazy and uncaring. That's a lot of feed for cattle that will mold and go to pot. But, as I said, this is a great picture. I never could take a photo to save my soul.

Fantastic capture and very great color !!!

Heh, it's funny. It looks like abandoned trenchess during Big War in France. In my country hay stacks are rolled as the cylinders, so from the far distance they look like gigantic snails :)
