Reed and Skylar walk around the casino for several minutes before trying any of the slots. They are unaware they are being watched by a sandy haired young man. After they have been there about half an hour, their observer moves up to them and tries to be friendly. Of course our two guys are cautious. Reed looks over at Skylar as if to say, 'do you know this guy?' but gets no look of recognition from Skylar. Meanwhile, this guy is talking about a mile a minute telling the guys all sorts of insignificant knowledge about all sorts of uninteresting subjects. He just seems to like the sound of his own voice. Finally, Reed puts his hand on the guys shoulder and asks, 'Do we know you?' 'Well. Sure. I thought you guys went to the same school I did! Didn't you go to (blah blah) university?' Then it dawns on them. This is the idiot that used to follow them around at times back in college. He was a pain in the butt then and he certainly was living up to his reputation now. But, Skylar and Reed were too kind just to tell him to hit the road. So they politely humored him and listened to more of his B.S. This went on for another half an hour before Skylar's stomach reminded him of why they had come down here in the first place. 'Excuse us, err, what is your name again?' The guys looks a little startled but then smiles and says, 'Leon Crawford. We had a few classes together! Don't you remember?' 'Sorry, no. But if you will please excuse us, Reed and I haven't eaten and we really need to get something right away! I am starting to get a little light headed!' 'Oh, you don't want to eat here, guys! Sure they have some fair restaurants, but the prices are outrageous. I can take you to some excellent dining over in Yuma if you're interested. The food is out of this world delicious!' Reed gives Skylar a dubious look and gets one in return. They try to make up some excuse as to why they can't but Leon isn't hearing it. Before they know it, he has them hustled out of the casino and over to to Eleanor. 'Is that your car?' exclaims Leon as he scrapes his jaw off the pavement. 'You guys must really be rolling in it!' Following Leon's instructions, they drive over to Yuma to a little off the main trail diner. From the outside, it looks pretty dumpy. Even inside it isn't all that fancy. But the aromas coming from the kitchen more than make up for any deficiencies in atmosphere. They look at the menu and are surprised at how reasonable the prices are. 'Order anything you like, guys!
