BIOA few words: Ive been disabled (TB) for bulk of life. Now retired & purchased a computer three years ago (August 2002) when the word processor failed. Insisted on building it around Painter (then 7 now IX), & discovered Ultra Fractal in January 2005. Dont understand it, but thats the fun and the agony. Was always a keen amateur photographer, which mentally supported my weekend rambling. I was a member of the Regional Council of the Youth Hostels Association for a short while.
Towards the end of working life began attending various art classes and became a member of our esteemed local arts club. I regularly exhibit in their Annual Open (when the selectors allow) & nowadays resolutely enter computer art into their periodic critiques partly to overcome prejudices & to give the traditional artists some familiarity with this very different medium.
I live in Bristol UK, but am a Yorkshireman by birth.

Mm! I like the "Glass City" idea. I hadn't thought of that.

Well done, Cliff! Like Bob, I'm reminded of that video of the bridge that started to sway to the wind because it had the same resonance. I seem to remember it was somewhere in South America, but I could be wrong there. So a swinging bridge?

A swinging bridge sounds good musically (Friday night seems to have become Music night on BBC 4 [TV] so I watch, listen as a regularity to the consternation of my pillows. I'm not too sure if it becomes a swaying bridge. That's "get off" time - and quickly. Our famous local Clifton Suspension bridge is closed anyway when the wind enthuses. Sad if you're on the wrong side.
