Description
This is either Beaver Tail or Paddle cactus.
I decided to share some photos of the Sonoran Desert. I loved how the cactus got the purply tint and the tiny new cactus paddles were starting to grow.

WOW! I think purple a great colour for these cacti, I have a few different ones in the family room, but they are all green. Super shot Melinda!!!

I've seen these, both in Sedona and Cave Creek. Aren't they fun? Terrific shot. The purple tones are wonderful!
