Description
I left my job just over a week ago. Weather's been rubbish this week so having too much time on my hands I thought I would try my hand at making cheddar cheese. Didnt have a press so knocked one up for the princely sum of £4.25. They are £80 or so online.
Three hours later my first batch is in. Will let you know how it tastes in about a month :)

Probably only supplying to the rich.... 3 hours of my time at minimum wage, for 250g of end product equates to about £36 per Kilo!!
