Wonderful insight to life as ever. Fantastic composition. I agree with others, posing so many characters would have taking you a fair bit of time. Plus getting all the hands to hold / hug each other so that it looks natural would have been a tedious task. You can feel some are discussing between themselves, some are lost is thought, some are looking.... Excellent work !
